Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Overview

At this time, we do not generally offer standard shipping services through our Shopify store. Most orders placed through our website are:

  • Preorders for upcoming trading card game products
  • Items available for in-store pickup only

Orders must be collected from the store location selected at checkout.


Store Pickup Locations

Orders will only be available for pickup at the specific location chosen during checkout.

We are unable to transfer products between locations after an order has been placed.

Please ensure you select the correct pickup location before completing your purchase.


Preorder Products

Preorder items are products scheduled for future release and will not be available immediately at the time of purchase.

Preorder items are marked as such on their product page and include an estimated pickup date, based on the release date provided to us by the manufacturer/distributor.

Release dates provided by manufacturers/distributors are subject to change without notice.

If a release date changes, we will make reasonable efforts to update customers, but Badger Badger is not responsible for manufacturer or distributor delays.


Pickup Notifications

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email notification.

Please wait for this email before visiting the store to collect your order.


Pickup Window & Uncollected Orders

Orders will be held for 14 days from the date the “Ready for Pickup” email is sent, unless otherwise specified.

If an order is not collected within this timeframe:

  • The order may be cancelled
  • A refund may be issued at our discretion
  • The reserved items may be returned to general sale inventory

We are unable to extend the pickup window except in exceptional circumstances agreed in advance.


Orders Containing Multiple Release Dates

If an order contains products releasing on different dates:

  • Items will become available as they release
  • Earlier-release items must still be collected within the standard pickup window
  • We cannot hold earlier items until later products release
  • We cannot guarantee combined collection for staggered-release orders

Customers wishing to collect products together should place separate orders accordingly.


Limited Shipping Exceptions

In limited circumstances, we may agree to ship certain products manually.

Shipping is:

  • Offered solely at our discretion
  • Not guaranteed
  • Subject to additional shipping and packaging fees
  • Available only where legally and operationally feasible

Please contact us before placing an order if you wish to enquire about possible shipping arrangements.


Identification & Order Collection

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order confirmation
  • Government-issued identification
  • The name used on the order

This is to help protect against fraudulent collections.


Product Allocation & Availability

While we make every effort to fulfil all orders, preorder allocations are dependent on distributor supply.

In the event that allocations are reduced or unavailable:

  • Orders may be partially fulfilled or cancelled
  • Affected customers will be notified as soon as possible
  • Refunds will be issued for unfulfilled items

We are not liable for supplier allocation shortages beyond our control.


Condition of Products

Please inspect your items at the time of collection.

Once products have been collected from the store, responsibility for the condition of the items passes to the customer.
